We process your personal data indicated in the form above. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract for the provision of services and a sales contract (Article 6(1)(b) RODO) and marketing (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) if you tick the checkbox. Personal data will be processed until the end of the contract for the provision of services with the Administrator and the time necessary to comply with the obligations imposed by law (settlements, prescription of claims). If you check the box, personal data will be processed also for marketing purposes. Personal data will be stored for a period until the date you unsubscribe from the newsletter or object to processing in this way.

Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide it prevents the conclusion of the contract. You have the right to demand access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure and the right to restrict their processing. You also have the right to data portability and the right to object to the processing of personal data. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
